So you want to synchronize all events, appointments from Outlook to Google Calendar so that you can access them online anytime, anywhere. There are many synchronization tools that automatically keep all your data in sync. However, if you are concerned about your privacy on the cloud and want to choose what you would like to include for the sync to Google Calendar, here is a free and open source tool to do that.

GoSync is a small utility which lets you selectively synchronize Outlook events and appointments with Google Calendar. The application lets you opt out of remembering your Gmail password. This free Outlook Sync utility uses Windows Task Scheduler to run the synchronization cycles.

Though the setup of this program is a bit complicated, requiring you to edit it’s properties file as well as a system .bat file in order to start the synchronization, it is still worth a try. A screenshot of this program could not be provided as it is just a .bat file.
