Opera 10.5 Beta For Mac OSX Adds Multi Touch Gestures

Mac OSX users can now get their hands on Opera 10.5 Beta, which adds support for multi touch gestures, growl notifications, cocoa, and unified tool bar. Opera claims it’s latest browser to be the fastest, with a JavaScript speed improvement of 8 times more than it’s previous version. The Windows version of Opera 10.5 Beta was released a while ago, bringing the Aero Glass effects, and support for jump lists and taskbar thumbnail previews(Aero Peek). Yesterday, Opera 10.5 Beta 2 was released for Windows, with some improvements to opera:config, and a lot of crash fixes.

Some new and interesting features added in the 10.50 Beta release are private browsing (you can open a private tab or a private window), a new faster Carakan JavaScript engine, a new high performance graphics library, Opera widgets for desktop, support for Opera Unite, and so on.
