Minime is a small and standalone utility which stays in the system tray and is always available to minimize or show windows in a snap. This free and open source tool lets you program hotkeys to minimize windows.

Minime can be launched with Windows Startup and lets you set custom hotkeys. You can set key combinations such as ctrl + shift + q to minimize a window. In order to get back your windows you will have to click on the Minime icon in the system tray and choose the program from the list. Take this portable application anywhere you go and enjoy privacy.
