Google Buzz Desktop Client Free

It was only a few days back that Google Buzz became available for Gmail users. This latest social networking platform from Google comes integrated with Gmail. It is also available for mobile devices, including iPhone. Here is a desktop client for Google Buzz, known as GBD (Google Buzz Desktop), an Adobe AIR application that gives you the latest buzz.

A very basic application, this one does not yet support the cool geolocation feature of Google Buzz, which lets you see all those buzzers who are nearby. The UI however is interesting, with an iPhone like look and feel. So if you are fond of your iPhone, you might as well like to have this one on your Computer.

The program checks for updates every 2 minutes and notifies you about these. Since it is Adobe AIR based, it is platform independent and runs on Windows, Mac OSX, and Linux.
