Create Panorama Images Using Microsoft Image Composite Editor

Do you like those panoramic postcards that you got from your last vacation, and want to make one yourself from your travel pictures? Well, there are several free Panorama making software that let you create beautiful 360 panorama, including some free photo apps for iPhone.

Microsoft Research Labs has recently released Image Composite Editor, a free Panoramic Image stitcher. A simple and easy to use program, Image Composite Editor lets you drag and drop photos to add them to the Panorama.

You can do some basic image editing such as cropping, scaling, resizing.  The output Panorama can be saved in various formats including JPEG, TIFF, Adobe Photoshop, BMP, PNG, Silverlight’s deep zoom, and so on.
